Day 1 and 8
Breakfast: 1 cup coffee, 1 sugar cube
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs, 100g cooked spinach, 1 tomato
Dinner: 1 large steak, salad with oil and lemon 150g

So that's the plan for today.
I've changed breakfast around a little bit to better suit me since it is my first hardcore diet and I didn't eat much yesterday.
I've had:
One cup of coffee - One cup of hot earl grey tea - two pieces of whole wheat toast with lightly spread peanut butter and 4 shakes of cinnamon sugar
So.... it's started!
