Alright, so I just finished making some dinner. So I'll just listed what I ate for lunch and dinner.
For lunch:
Salad (lettuce and a handful of black olives), 2 hard boiled eggs (whites only), two cups of hot tea
For dinner:
Hamburger patty with a little bit of mustard, a few ounces of steamed spinach, two cups of hot tea
Earlier while I was making my dinner, I had a few semi-sweet chocolate chips but so far, I've been doing okay. Gotta finish writing a book review today and tomorrow so I'm gonna try and go workout for an hour or so tonight, and maybe another hour or so tomorrow. Hopefully that works out. But overall, today I haven't felt that hungry and we'll see how I feel tomorrow.
